Not only did the staff go above and beyond to ensure a delightful experience, but they even returned a piece of jewelry I had forgotten-an act of kindness that truly set this hotel apart. the room's ironing facilities came in handy, allowing me to attend events looking impeccably crisp. the air conditioning was a blessing during the hot days, and the heating kept me snug on cooler nights. the attention to detail extended to the mini-bar, stocked with a thoughtful selection. the soundproofed rooms provided a peaceful oasis, and I enjoyed relaxing on the terrace, marveling at the stunning views. the complimentary toiletries added a luxurious touch, while the electric kettle in the room made it convenient to unwind with a warm beverage. the presence of a flat-screen TV offered entertainment, though the real showstopper was the hotel's dedication to guest satisfaction.
